Lisa Day the Director of Mayday Minds Ltd had the brainchild of this website based platform years ago, but never felt it was the right time to do something about it until now.

The website incorporates her 10 years of private practice all in one place for members to access easily and conveniently.

Her education in psychologically, meditation, Law of Attraction Practice, Mindfulness, Hypnosis, Past life regression, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), plus teaching in Mental Health first aid and Hypnosis as an adult educator has gained the experiences to help guide people into a new way of thinking and feeling in this ever changing world.

Lisa says – Over the last 10 years I have worked in many meditation therapy groups as well as 1 :1 sessions with people of all ages, to help and support them in all circumstances such as through hypnotherapy and counselling dealing with trauma and fear, anxiety, sleep issues, depression and a great deal of other mental health issues.

I have a huge amount of experience and passion about our mental health and how we can get the best from life, I wanted to share this with others and on this platform you can access exactly that!
